Holyoke Public Library Now Located in the City Hall Auditorium!
While the historic building on Maple Street is restored and renovated, all library services are available at City Hall. In 18 to 24 months the city will have a new, state-of-the-art learning resource center for all ages. The library's archives remains open at HCC.

Hooray for Hollywood ~ Stars to Shine at Holyoke Merry-Go-Round Gala
The Holyoke Merry-Go-Round will become "tinsletown" on Saturday, October 6. "Stars" will be celebrated as they walk the red carpet amidst lights, cameras, action and gossip.
"Hooray for Hollywood", an evening of glitz and glamour, features fabulous light fare from Holyoke's Log Cabin & Delaney House, a cash bar, Hollywood film music by Richie Mitnick and his talented vocalists, dazzling movie-themed baskets as part of a Chinese auction and more fun activities.
The carousel's magnificent hand-carved horses will be dressed "Hollywood" style ready to greet party-goers who can come dressed casually as themselves or as their favorite movie, television or sports celebrity. In fact, the best "star" imitations will win "Oscars". All entertainers are welcome to come and share their talents as singer, dancers, comedians to add to the evening's fun and excitement.
