Gateway City Arts is an affordable and flexible co-working space for artists and creatives, ideal for making, teaching, and performing art in a variety of disciplines. Our primary mission is to build and strengthen community, culture and the arts by providing the space and infrastructure for making and teaching the arts. We do this through memberships, space rental, events, and classes for the casual creator or the professional artist.
Co-working spaces are an affordable alternative to working from home or renting a private office, and offer the advantage of networking, collaborating, and socializing with other creatives. Gateway City Arts offers an inspiring work setting, and is conveniently located in the heart of Holyoke’s Arts and Innovation District, host to a plethora of artist studios, galleries, and event spaces.
Gateway City Art’s facilities include an all-purpose art studio, woodshop, ceramics studio (coming soon!), dance studio, meeting space, and personal and communal workspaces. We also have event and performance spaces that can be rented for public and private functions.
